You lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise wide risk processes, oversee the effectiveness of mitigation measures, and ensure transparent, high quality reporting.
As part of your role, you ensure that insurable risks are appropriately covered by external insurers globally, where suitable coverage is available at a reasonable premium.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping the organization navigate an increasingly complex environment. By monitoring industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices, you ensure our risk management system remains current, effective, and forward looking.

- Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Professional certifications such as CRM or FRM, along with strong knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000 and global risk governance principles, are considered a strong advantage.
- Extensive experience in risk management, ideally within a multinational environment, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence across complex matrix organizations.
- Proven track record in aligning risk management with strategic business priorities, contributing to informed and effective decision making. Proficiency in risk analytics; experience with GRC tools is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage credibly at all levels of the organization. Ability to shape and drive a risk aware culture, enabling global teams to adopt consistent, forward looking practices.
- Proficient in written and verbal English; additional languages are an asset.
