Here's what you'll need to bring with you: Educational & Professional Background: Master's degree in business administration, HR, Finance, or related fields, with relevant expertise and optional HR certifications. Reward Expertise: Deep knowledge of global reward programs, recognition systems, and business governance, with a holistic view of Total Rewards. Analytical & Economic Skills: Strong foundation in controlling and economics, with 8-10 years in Compensation & Benefits, including expertise in grading, benchmarking, and behavioral economics. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven people leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, geographies, and seniority levels. External Market Insight: Active engagement with external networks and industry bodies to stay informed on reward trends and best practices.
