To strengthen our capabilities, we are looking for a AI Catalyst (30–50%) Exploring where AI truly maters.Location: Vaduz, Liechtenstein (hybrid, up to 25% home office)Your Role : A trust-based role at the intersecton of emerging AI and real-world application at Roarington. Roarington is building a digital world based on real assets - a digital overlay of the physical world rather than a purely AI-generated environment. Within this approach, AI is a key enabling layer.The focus is simple, but demanding: to stay close to what is truly evolving in AI - and to translate this into clear direction for where Roarington should engage, explore, or deliberately stay out. This role is not about following trends. It is about recogniszing what maters early - and turning that into pragmaFc orientation and concrete startingpoints.Key Responsibilities
  • Observing relevant developments across AI tools, platforms and applications
  • Distinguishing signal from noise – with a clear sense for substance and relevance
  • Identifying where emerging capabilities could become meaningful for Roarington
  • Translating insights into concrete use cases and pilot opportunities
  • Providing clear orientation on where to engage early – and where not to engage
  • Working closely with AI Fellows, who take selected ideas into prototyping and experimentation
  • Reviewing and sharpening pilots and insights, ensuring clarity, focus and practical relevance
  • Contributing to a disciplined, thoughtful and confidential approach to AI exploration
Requirements
  • Proven ability to understand and contextualise emerging technologies beyond surface trends
  • Strong judgement and instinct for relevance – with the ability to say “no” as clearly as “yes”
  • Deep curiosity combined with pragmatism and focus
  • Ability to translate observation into clear, actionable direction
  • Solid understanding of current AI tools, capabilities and limitations
  • Structured thinking with a high standard for clarity and substance
  • Calm, reflective personality with strong personal integrity
  • Comfortable operating in close interaction with leadership
  • Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
  • Availability for 30–50%, hybrid, with regular presence in Vaduz
