By offering significantly more capital-efficient and lower latency trading, RULEMATCH is helping increase institutional adoption and enable the next evolution of the crypto and digital asset market.To strengthen our compliance function, RULEMATCH Europe AG, based in Liechtenstein, is looking for an AML/CFT Compliance Officer.A passionate AML/CFT Compliance Officer will be given the opportunity and authority to thrive in a dynamic and developing regulatory environment where their contribution is valued as absolutely critical to success.Tasks
  • Monitoring and continuous enhancement of the AML/CFT framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create, draft, review, and update internal AML/CFT policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Perform daily AML/CFT compliance operations, including onboarding and KYC customer due diligence.
  • Documentation and life cycle management of relationships.
  • Review and investigation of transaction monitoring alerts, including documentation of suspicious activities.
  • Oversight and optimisation of AML/CFT processes.
  • Train employees on AML/CFT-related topics to enhance compliance awareness.
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in AML/CFT Compliance, preferably in the financial services, crypto, or fintech sector.
  • Experience in technology and compliance regarding digital assets is a plus.
  • Excellent command both orally and written of German and English is mandatory.
  • Pragmatic, business- and detail-oriented approach with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time pressure and in flexible hours.
  • Open minded, solution oriented can-do attitude with team spirit and endurance.
  • Active interest in working with and optimizing various technical implementations and systems must be a given.
