Introductory Global Summit: Experience 4 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein, featuring the presence of our Executive Board and Global Senior Leadership. The summit offers a comprehensive overview of our business, while fostering soft skill development and meaningful collaboration with fellow program participants. Social Project Summit: 7 days dedicated to building a better future, with contribution to a hands-on, high-impact community project. This experience offers the chance to immerse yourself in a different culture while actively improving living conditions for those in need. Leadership Summit: An enriching learning journey in partnership with a renowned business school, featuring online modules and collaborative projects with fellow program participants. The experience concludes with a 5-day on-campus summit to deepen insights and to foster business and leadership skills. After the program, you are prepared to take immediate responsibility and join one of our global manufacturing, After Market Service, Oglaend team.
(Soon to be) completed master's degree in engineering, chemical, physics, or similar. You demonstrate a passion for Operations. You have just finished your internship or recently started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress. Multilingual - fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad. Internationally mobile.
