To strengthen our capabilities, we are looking for a Project Manager Art who enjoys working closely with demanding clients and internal teams, driving projects end-to-end and systematically expanding existing relationships.
Your Role
As Project Manager Art, you are the central point of contact for selected artists, collectors and business clients. You are responsible for organizing the virtual exhibitions at the Roarington Art Center. You manage accounts and projects holistically: from initial briefing to delivery and follow-up. You balance stake holder expectations with internal capabilities and commercial goals. You are structured, handson and comfortable operating in a premium, fast-evolving environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Delivery: Own and drive projects end-to-end with internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets.
  • Virtual Exhibitions: Plan and execute virtual exhibitions at the Roarington Art Center.
  • Representation: Coordinate the presence of Roarington Art Center at international art shows, museums and events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the operational main point of contact, building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, artists, curators and sponsors.
  • Account Development: Identify new collaboration opportunities and expand existing accounts, actively contributing to revenue growth of Roarington Art Center.
  • Communication & Alignment: Support communication, marketing and sales activities through content input, stakeholder coordination and clear project reporting.
Your Profile
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelor or Master) with experience in project, account or client-facing roles within the art or cultural environment.
  • Strong project management skills across scope, timelines and budgets, combined with an affinity for digital tools and technologies.
  • Confident communicator in English, experienced in writing and speaking about contemporary art, artists and artworks.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including artists, gallerists, collectors and sponsors.
  • Structured, pragmatic and hands-on mindset, with the willingness to take ownership beyond defined responsibilities.
