Depending on the campaign, you may either book meetings (e.g. webinars) or pass qualified leads to the Level 2 sales team.This is not a purely administrative role — we are looking for confident communicators who can engage prospects, handle objections, and contribute to sales performance.Contract Details

Rate: €9 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
3 to 4 hours per day
Between 09:00 – 17:00 CEST
Training
1 week paid training
Full attendance required
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients
Work with warm leads provided by the client database
Present products and solutions in a clear and professional manner
Support the sales cycle, including closing when applicable
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent client communication
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets
RequirementsLanguage Skills
Czech: C2 (Professional proficiency required)
Slovak: good working level
English: good working level
Experience and Background
Previous experience in:
B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments
Proven ability in closing sales (not only lead generation)
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Comfortable working with:
KPIs and sales targets
CRM systems and structured workflows
Nice to Have
Experience with technical or industrial products
Background in sales, business, or engineering
Technical Requirements
Stable internet connection (LAN required)
Desktop or laptop:
