Over the next few years, we want to combine the best of the analog and digital worlds to create a truly personal client experience with cutting-edge digital services and products.Job DescriptionAs a Back-End Developer, you are responsible for the successful delivery of our development of our portfolio reporting digital solution within the RM and Client platform strategy. Your specific duties include:
  • Work with agile fusion teams, development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Deliver reusable components and libraries for future use
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the back-end infrastructure
  • Use version control systems (Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of the codebase
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to address and resolve issues
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), container technology (Kubernetes or OpenShift) and DevOps platforms (GitLab)

You will be working in product-oriented agile delivery teams with key stakeholders in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and APAC. The international setup offers you the chance to work remotely and in co-located spaces. Your line team is mainly located in Bendern (LI).Requirements
  • Passion to code, test and deliver quality applications within the desired timeframes.
  • Demonstrated experience as a back-end developer or similar role
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, solution driven and analytical mindset
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and to foster a team-oriented growth culture
  • Good command of both German and English is an advantage
